1 . Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from onae.shop, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2 . Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in Pakistan.
3 . Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. We may modify products, descriptions, or prices at any time before order confirmation.
4 . Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order confirmation once payment is authorised. We may cancel and refund any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock errors).
5 . Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorise us to charge the total order amount (including shipping and tax) to your selected method.
6 . Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by customs, courier strikes, or force majeure are outside our control. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.
7 . Refunds & Returns

Condition for Refund – We only offer refunds or replacements if a product arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item.

Proof Required – You must send clear photos or video of the damage, the outer packaging, and the shipping label to support@onae.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

Inspection – We may request the item’s return or a courier inspection. If approved, we’ll refund the original payment method or send a replacement (stock permitting) within 7 business days.

Non-returnable items – Opened cosmetics or hygiene-sensitive items not reported as damaged on arrival cannot be returned.

Shipping fees – Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All Site content, logos, and trademarks belong to Onae Shop or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
10 . Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onae Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.
11 . Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Onae Shop harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
12 . Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad – choose one].
13 . Changes to Terms
